We offer Pulled Pork by the pound, Sweet & Smoky Chicken by the quarter or half, our award winning Ribs by the rack or half-rack, and our Southern Smoked Brisket by the pound. We also sell whole Butts and Briskets. To go with your barbecue feast, we offer sides of Smoked Mac 'n Cheese, Saucy's Baked Beans, Creamy Slaw, Sweet Potato Crumble, Granny's Green Beans and Banana Pudding.
